How much do the courses cost?
Click on the button "Courses & Pricing" before logging in to find out the description and prices of each course.


Why have images in the course been replaced with a small red "x"?
To see the pictures again, click on the "Syllabus" or "Shortcuts" button in the left frame. Navigate to the desired page and the pictures should reappear.


I receive an ActiveX error when loading the Puzzles. What's wrong?
From Internet Explorer:
  1. Select Tools--Internet Options--Security Tab.
  2. You will see a slider on the bottom half of the properties window. Move it to MEDIUM. Alternatively, you may see a "Custom Settings" button. Change your settings to "Medium."
  3. Click Apply, then OK.


I'm done, why does it still say "In Progress"?
In order for the courses to show up as completed, you must finish all Knowledge Checks within the course. Once all of the Knowledge Checks have been submitted, the course will show as "Completed".
